HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We use Australia Post eParcel to get your items to you, so you’ll only have to wait 2 to 5 working days once your order has left our warehouse.
Note: We do not ship on Victorian public holidays or Sundays.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping notification email to keep you in the loop. The email will contain your eParcel tracking number so you can track the progress of your order through the Australia Post website.
Don’t stress if it doesn’t work immediately - it often takes up to 4 hours for it to be searchable in the system.
